My time at Total Life Changes was fast-paced, high-energy, and creatively rewarding. As part of the in-house design team, I produced product graphics almost daily — with the unique advantage of having the manufacturing facility directly connected to our workspace. That meant instant feedback and overnight printing, allowing us to see our designs come to life in real time.
The focus was primarily on health and wellness products, many of which were promoted through livestreams, podcasts, and influencer-led campaigns. Our team provided graphics for all of it — packaging, digital assets, promotional visuals — ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
It was a dynamic environment where speed met strategy, and where design truly drove visibility and engagement.
